石  玗  1973年3月生,教授,博士生导师,博士学位,省部共建有色金属先进加工与再利用国家重点实验室常务副主任、兰州理工大学金川集团股份有限公司工程技术研究院院长。            

    2001年6月获兰州理工大学材料加工工程专业工学硕士学位,2005年6月获兰州理工大学材料加工工程专业工学博士学位,2011年晋升教授,同年破格受聘为博士生导师。2007.2-2008.2月和2011.7-2011.12月两次在美国肯塔基大学先进制造中心焊接实验室访问研修,在此期间参与了2项美国国家自然科学基金项目和1项Los Alamos美国国家实验室项目的合作研究,并做出了重要贡献。

    2005年获得“甘肃省优秀青年”荣誉称号,2007年获得甘肃省高校青年教师成材奖,2011年入选陇原青年创新人才计划,2014年入选甘肃省“飞天学者”特聘教授。现为《Journal of Manufacturing Processes》、《International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology》、《焊接学报》、《电焊机》等多种国内外杂志审稿人。兼任机械工程学会焊接学会机器人与自动化委员会委员,甘肃省焊接学会秘书长,国家自然科学基金项目评议专家。

    主要从事先进焊接方法、焊接物理及焊接过程控制等领域的研究工作,在《Welding Journal》、《Materials Science and Technology》、《物理学报》、《金属学报》、《机械工程学报》、《中国有色金属学报》、《焊接学报》等发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI、EI、ISTP收录70余篇,主持国家自然科学基金、省部级基金项目20多项,其中“旁路耦合电弧法实现高效MIG焊及其过程和参数模型研究”、“铝钢异种金属双旁路耦合电弧MIG熔钎焊方法及机理研究”、“基于焊工经验的人与熔池交互行为解析及熔池流态最优控制方法研究”获得国家自然科学基金资助,“铝合金多弧旁路MIG焊过程模型研究”、“激光辅助熔滴过渡行为及控制”获国家自然科学基金国际合作项目资助,“低热输入高效GMAW焊接方法及控制系统”获教育部重点项目资助。2012年入选兰州理工大学红柳杰出人才。获甘肃省科技进步三等奖,甘肃省高校科技进步二等奖等多项奖励。

    先后主讲焊接方法及自动化、过程控制技术、焊接检验等本科课程;现代弧焊技术、智能控制等研究生课程。作为负责人成功申报兰州理工大学材料工程国家级实验教学示范中心项目;主持完成兰州理工大学焊接工程与技术专业省级特色专业的建设与评估。“创新开放教学实验模式及实验研究”获甘肃省级教学成果贰等奖,获第七届“挑战杯”甘肃省大学生课外学术作品竞赛优秀指导教师奖、兰州理工大学中青年教师讲课竞赛二等奖、兰州理工大学教学优秀奖等。

2007.2-2008.2, 2011.7-2011.12, visiting scholar at the Welding Laboratory of the Advanced Manufacturing Center of the University of Kentucky, USA, during which time participated in two American NSFC projects and one collaborative research project at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and made an important contribution.

l  Academic achievement

Mainly engaged in research on advanced welding methods, welding physics, welding process control and some other fields. Has published more than 100 academic papers, including more than 70 articles indexed by SCI、EI、ISTP, in “Welding Journal”, “Materials Science and Technology”, “Acta Physica Sinica”, “Acta Metallurgica Sinica”, “Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering”, “The Chinese Journal of Nonferrous Metals” and some other academic journals. Undertaken more than 20 national, ministry (provincial) projects. Among these projects, “Study on high efficiency MIG welding and its process and parameter model by by-pass coupled arc method”, “Study on MIG welding method and mechanism of double bypass coupling arc welding for aluminum-steel” and “Analysis of interaction between human and molten pool based on welder experience and study of optimal control method for molten pool flow” are funded by the National Natural Science Fund; “Study on MIG welding process model of multi arc bypass of aluminum alloy” and “The behavior and control of laser assisted droplet transition” are funded by the international cooperation project of the National Natural Science Fund; “Low heat input high efficiency GMAW welding method and control system” is funded by funded by the Ministry of Education Key Projects.

l  Teaching experience

Have been teaching the undergraduate course such as “welding methods and automation”, “process control technology”, “welding inspection”, and postgraduate courses such as “modern arc welding technology and intelligent control”. Successfully applied to the national experimental teaching demonstration center of materials engineering, Lanzhou University of Technology, and completed the construction and evaluation of the provincial specialty of welding engineering and technology major of Lanzhou University of Technology, as responsible person.

The second prize for Gansu provincial teaching achievement (Innovative and Open Teaching Experiment Mode and Experimental Research).

Outstanding instructor award for the seventh "Challenge Cup" Gansu province university student extracurricular academic competition.
