朱敏，男，1987年5月生，工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师, 兰州理工大学材料科学与工程学院无机非金属材料工程系教师。
2006年9月至2010年6月兰州大学，化学工程与工艺学士学位； 2013年9月至2018年6月山东大学，材料物理与化学博士学位。2010年7月至2012年9月在中国西电集团工作；2019年1月入职兰州理工大学材料工程学院。
主要研究方向为新型功能极性金属间化合物、复合氧化物热电材料的设计与合成，以及性能调控。主持及参与国家、省级自然科学基金三项，在Chem. Mater., J. Mater. Chem. A, Cryst. Growth Des.等国际高水平学术期刊发表SCI论文20余篇，获得国家发明专利3件。
